IIARD Journals is committed to supporting global academic publishing, especially from researchers with limited funding. We offer partial waivers and discounts on article processing charges (APCs) under the following conditions:

Partial Waiver Eligibility

• Authors from low-income countries or regions as classified by recognized international indexes (e.g., World Bank).
• Early-career researchers and students with no funding support.
• Requests must be submitted during or immediately after submission of the manuscript.

Available Discounts

• Bulk submissions: Discounts are offered for institutional or departmental submissions of 5 or more papers at once.
• Partner institutions: Affiliated organizations or partners may receive pre-agreed reduced APCs.
• Editorial board members may nominate authors for limited discounts.

Application Procedure

• Authors must send a formal waiver or discount request via email, including a brief explanation of their need.
• Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.
• Approval is subject to management discretion.

Note: Waivers or discounts will not affect the editorial decision-making process or peer review outcomes.
