Corporate Culture and Organizational Performance in Rivers State

Abstract


This research focused on the corporate culture and performance of companies situated in Rivers State, Nigeria. The primary objective of the research was to examine the relationship between company culture and organisational performance. Research materials for the study included scholarly articles, textbooks, and periodicals. Corporate culture is critical to organisational performance, according to the report. Organisations in Rivers State should follow these guidelines for adequate and high-rate performance, according to the study, which found that cultural factors impact organisational performance.
