Abstract

This study examines the relationship between creative implementation and projects success in South East, Nigeria. The specific objectives were to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, tacit knowledge, and emotional intelligence; and projects’ success. The researcher made use of survey research approach in the study, while making use of snowball sampling process. The population of the study was 150. The entire population was used as the sampling population, so 150 questionnaires were printed and distributed; out of which 142 were returned/correctly filled. Statistical Package for Social Sciences 20 was used to perform correlation analyses so as to determine if the level of the relationships between the dependent variable and independent variables were significant enough to accept or reject the hypotheses raised. The study found significant positive relationships between transformational leadership, tacit knowledge, and emotional intelligence; and projects’ success. The researcher, among others, recommends that projects managers should always endeavour to show pride in the ability of his workers, recognize their individual differences, and threat their issues without discrimination.
