Financial Technology: A Range of Financial Products of Fintech Platform in Nigeria

Abstract

This study studied the range of financial product offered by fintech platform in Nigeria. The specific objectives are: to determine the range of financial products offered by fintech platforms in Nigeria, to ascertain the extent fintech products offerings influence customers’ transaction and payment decisions. The study targets all 772 customers and affiliated accountants in Enugu State. The study analyzed data via SPSS Version. Both descriptive and inferential analytical procedures were undertaken. There is significant relationship in the range of financial products offered by fintech platforms in Nigeria. Also, the alternate hypothesis was accepted that the product offering by Fintech has significant influence on customers’ transaction and payment decisions. Based on the findings, the study recommends that the fintech management should do more in prioritize enhancing the advantages of mobile, internet, and point-of-sale transactions by increasing consumer convenience through user-friendly interfaces, a quick network, payment options, and so on.
