The Entrepreneurial Success of Women in Bamenda: Are Education, Financial resources and Government Support Relevant?
Abstract
Across the globe, empowering women in business is no longer optional; it is a fundamental prerequisite for stable and equitable development. The purpose of this study was to examine some determinant of women entrepreneurial success in Bamenda. A self-administered structured questionnaire was designed to collect the relevant information from 103 respondents. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regressions. The study found that Education and Training, Financial Resources and Governmental policy and support have insignificant effect on Women Entrepreneurial Success in Bamenda.
