The Hamas-Israeli Conflict and Human Rights Violations

Abstract

The study investigated the Hamas-Israel conflict and human rights violations. Recurring violence has generated severe humanitarian crises with civilians bearing the greatest burden. Widespread reports of indiscriminate attacks on civilians, destruction of infrastructure, and blockades restricting access to essential services highlight severe violations of international law. The study recommends that the international community strengthen mechanisms to ensure accountability for human rights violations by all parties.
