Entrepreneurial Corporate Reputation and Organizational Resilience of Hotels in Port Harcourt
Abstract
This study examines the relationship between entrepreneurial corporate reputation and organizational resilience of hotels in Port Harcourt. The study operationalized entrepreneurial corporate reputation through service quality, brand value, stakeholder commitment, and empathy, while organizational resilience was assessed through dynamic and absorptive capabilities. The results show significant positive correlations between service quality and dynamic capabilities, and stakeholder commitment and absorptive capabilities. The study concludes that by prioritizing service quality and stakeholder commitment, hotels can build resilient organizations.
