Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between Employee Engagement and Environmental Sustainability in the workplace, specifically within the College of Health Technology, Calabar. The research covered all departments. The findings revealed that the roles, strategies, and benefits of Employee Engagement significantly impact Environmental Sustainability in the workplace.
