Abstract

The study focused on the assessment of the affordability of building infrastructure under public-private partnership (PPP) housing scheme with a view to enhancing the provision of affordable housing infrastructure for residents in Abuja. Presently, there are cases of poor or lack of adequate infrastructure reported in various estates within the study area.
