Nwabuatu, Emmanuel Nnajiubah. Ph.D

Abstract

Sales performance has an important impact on the survivability and expansion of single proprietorship businesses. These companies have specific problems arising from their small resources, operational size, and competitive environment. This study examines the key factors influencing sales performance, including market dynamics, customer relationship management, technological adoption, and owner managerial competence. Based on recent, published literature, case studies, and strategic frameworks this article provides practical suggestions for enhancing sales performance in the context of sole proprietorship businesses (entrepreneurship).
