Entrepreneurial Venture Shock and Rebounce Back Strategies for Growth and Longevity. (An Exploratory Analysis)

Nwabuatu, Emmanuel Nnajiubah PhD

Abstract

The global economy has consistently shown its capacity for resilience in the face of uncertainty and adversity. However, this resilience is not immutable, and the economy's variable nature necessitates a nuanced understanding of its underlying dynamics. This paper undertakes an exploratory analysis of the variable nature of a resilient economy, examining the interplay between venture shocks, institutional adaptability and innovation driven growth. Our findings suggest that a resilient economy is characterized by its ability to absorb and adapt to exogenous shocks, leveraging institutional flexibility and innovation to foster sustainable growth.
