David Frempong, Obinna Chima Iwuanyanwu, Dennis Edache Abutu, Mariam Olateju, Adeniyi Adebowale Apelehi Samuel Darkey Ofori

Abstract

Technology integration in HR management within U.S. education reshapes traditional practices, offering enhanced efficiency and strategic alignment with organizational goals. This paper explores the transformative impact of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), data analytics, automation, and cloud computing on recruitment, employee training, performance management, and engagement. These technologies streamline administrative processes, provide data-driven insights for decision-making, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Challenges such as resistance to change, privacy concerns, and the digital divide are addressed through stakeholder engagement, comprehensive training, and robust data security measures. Future trends include Al-driven predictive analytics, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) for immersive learning experiences, and blockchain for secure credential management. Embracing these innovations promises to revolutionize HR practices, promoting equity, efficiency, and employee satisfaction in U.S. educational institutions.
