Exploring Teachers’ Perceptions of Artificial Intelligence in Primary Education

Gianluca Gravino, Fabiola Palmiero, Giovanna Scala, Giovanni Tafuri

Abstract

The study aimed to assess how teachers’ perceptions affect their willingness to continue using artificial intelligence in primary schools. The data collected were analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that teachers’ views significantly influence their determination to keep employing AI solutions. Consequently, educational policymakers should give serious consideration to teachers’ opinions when rethinking working conditions and school curricula.
