Abstract

In parallel with the development of Vietnam's economy, the commercial banking system in our country has been continuously growing and making important contributions to the common achievements of the renovation process. Especially in the process of digital transformation and improving the quality of E-Mobile Banking services. This article identifies the main factors affecting the level of E-Mobile Banking service quality at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Nam Trung Yen Branch. Measuring the degree of influence of factors on the quality of E-Mobile Banking services at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Nam Trung Yen Branch. Propose several solutions to improve the quality of E-Mobile Banking services at Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development - Nam Trung Yen Branch.
