Anatomy of Educational Cost Analysis as An Instrument for The Establishment and Management of Primary and Secondary Schools in Bayelsa State
Abstract
The paper considered the anatomy of educational cost analysis as an instrument for the establishment and management of primary and secondary schools in Bayelsa State. The concept of establishment was defined as an action of being established or establishing. There after the meaning of education was discussed and it was defined as the process, which intentionally transmits what is considered by society to be valuable in an intelligent and voluntary manner. This was followed by the concepts of management and educational management. Immediately, after these two concepts the concept of the anatomy of educational cost was introduced in the discourse. There after the focus was centered on the funding requirements in the establishment and management of primary and secondary schools. Then a brief discussion was also centered on demand for education and subventions/impress for Public Primary and secondary school Heads were provided
