Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 23, employing both descriptive and inferential statistics, including Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient. The findings indicate significant positive relationships between all three sustainability dimensions (environmental, social, and economic) and creativity within the hotels. The results emphraise the importance of sustainability practices not only in enhancing organizational reputation but also in fostering creativity and innovation. The study concludes that integrating sustainability initiatives into hotel management strategies can stimulate creativity, driving both organizational change and innovation. Based on these findings, the study recommends that hotel management prioritize long- term economic sustainability, foster a socially responsible work environment, and implement environmental sustainability practices to enhance organizational creativity and overall performance.
