Collected data were presented and analyzed using descriptive statistic such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The decision rule for mean stated that any mean above 2.5 and above was considered positive. Regression analysis was used to run SPSS version 25 for hypotheses formulated for the study. The critical value from the SPSS output for hypotheses one is 0.956, while it is 0.967 for hypotheses two. Findings from the study showed that ease of use as ergonomic physical factor has a high significant relationship with employee productivity in hotel operation.
