The Divine Order of Marriage and Failure: A Problem of Leadership and Followership

Adeyemi I. Bello

Abstract

The fundamental issue that leads to all problems of marriage was solved before it ever began. The remedial prescription has always been there even before the first marriage had issues. Marriage was God’s own idea, and it cannot be done right without following His idea of how to operate it. God already solved out all issues that may arise by providing leadership and followership guides which echo throughout the scriptures. The Biblical institution of marriage can only succeed with results if it goes as God planned it. Any other success prescription will always create more issues because it's God's idea only.
