Abstract

Libraries serve as centers for Educational development; this is guided through Research Materials, conducive environment which assisted the learners to stay abreast for the successful running of educational researches, Therefore, Digital Libraries are equipped with Internet service for easy accessibility of different Information, while Adult Education Programs are design for Individuals who are beyond the age of 18. These categories of Individuals are too delicate to handle and have every right to decide for themselves in terms of whatever learning they developed interest on. the paper seeks to Identify the conceptual clarification of Digital Library, Adult Education, roles of Digital Libraries, challenges face by Adult education Students in the use of Library Materials, Strategies to fallow for effective Utilization’s of Libraries among Adult Education Students in Sokoto state, the paper will also Provide Conclusion and Suggestions.
