Abstract

The oil and gas industry is undergoing a significant transformation driven by the adoption of digital technologies. Digital Oilfields leverage data analytics, automation, and advanced technologies to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and improve safety. However, successful Digital Oilfield implementation requires a well-defined strategy, robust technological infrastructure, and a commitment to cultural change. This article explores world-class implementation strategies for Digital Oilfields, encompassing planning, execution, and ongoing optimization.
