Traditional Conflict Management Methods in Ogboin Kingdom Of Bayelsa State Nigeria

Abstract

This research is an attempt to examine the traditional conflict management methods in Ogboin Kingdom of Bayelsa State, Nigeria. The work adopted expository and textual analysis and as well as empirical methods in the study. The finding of the study reveals that the Ogboin people since from pre-colonial times have had different methods in managing conflicts that arose amongst them from the family level to the community and inter-communal levels.
