Abstract

This study explores the intricate relationship between gender, language, and ecology through the lens of multilingual ecofeminism and environmental justice, emphasizing how linguistic and cultural diversity shape ecological understanding and sustainability discourse. The research employs a conceptual and analytical framework that integrates feminist theory, environmental ethics, and sociolinguistic perspectives to examine how multilingualism informs ecological consciousness and policy inclusivity. Drawing upon interdisciplinary scholarship and global case insights, it investigates the epistemological significance of indigenous and minority languages as repositories of ecological knowledge and ethical wisdom. The findings reveal that linguistic diversity plays a central role in articulating ecological values, fostering community-based environmental stewardship, and ensuring equitable participation in sustainability policymaking. It further demonstrates that translation and communication serve as ethical bridges that connect local ecological narratives with global environmental governance frameworks. The study underscores that gendered linguistic expressions not only reflect lived ecological experiences but also influence the collective articulation of environmental justice. Moreover, the integration of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, presents new opportunities for enhancing transparency, multilingual representation, and participatory governance within environmental systems. The research concludes that sustainable environmental policies must embrace linguistic plurality and gender inclusivity to achieve ecological equity and resilience. It recommends an interdisciplinary approach that synthesizes ecofeminism, sociolinguistics, and technological innovation to design culturally adaptive, linguistically inclusive, and ethically grounded frameworks for global sustainability. Ultimately, the study contributes to the reimagining of env
