Good Governance: A Catalyst for Sustainable Development in Nigeria

Abstract

The topic of study “Good Governance a Catalyst for Sustainable Development in Nigeria”: Which will look good governance as the foundation for sustainable development, the quality of governance play a defining role to sustainable development. This means that the development of any organized political system is determined by the quality of leadership in government and good governance can therefore be the pillar to which sustainable development rest upon. The paper is made up of abstract, introduction, conceptual clarification, nexus between good governance and sustainable development, sustainable development goals, conclusion and recommendations. This paper strongly recommended that in other to achieve the sustainable development goals, the practice of good governance should be embraced to the latter in Nigeria.
