Site Meeting: A Panacea for Successful Building Projects Delivery

Abstract

The study is focused on the relevance of site meeting in the successful completion of building project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Regular site meetings facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including builders, architects, engineers, construction managers and developers. This ensures that everyone is on the same page, it also ensures that technical and relevant issues are addressed promptly.
