A Novel Ethical Payload Framework for Automated System Vulnerability Detection Using Msfvenom

Abiola O. Akinyemi, Wumi Ajayi

Abstract

The rapid growth of cyber threats has made proactive and ethical penetration testing more important than ever. Current payload generation tools, like Msfvenom in the Kali Linux environment, work well for security testing, but they often lack flexibility, telemetry integration, and context-aware behavior modeling[cite: 8]. [cite_start]This paper proposes a new Ethical Payload Framework (EPF) for automated system vulnerability detection using Msfvenom[cite: 8]. [cite_start]The framework features a modular, policy-driven design that improves payload customization while ensuring ethical compliance and forensic transparency[cite: 8]. [cite_start]With its layered components Configurable Behavior Profile (CBP), Adaptive Encoding Engine (AEE), Telemetry & Logging Agent (TLA), and Governance & Authorization Layer (GAL)-the model helps ethical hackers and system auditors simulate various attack methods, capture telemetry, [cite: 8]
