Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Training Plans

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of artificial intelligence on contemporary training systems, emphasizing its function in providing individualized learning, increasing interest in tasks, and offering instantaneous feedback. It also analyzes the notable advantages AI offers for organizational workforce development alongside the challenges such as organizational ethics and privacy, data security, bias, and transparency. The study observes the need to integrate human intuition with AI technology, emphasizing the importance of thoughtfully designed frameworks that effectively harness training AI while ensuring inclusivity. Lastly, the author presents suggestions for organizational policies that wish to incorporate AI technologies into training programs in a manner that responsibly prepares them for future workplace challenges.
