Gamma-Exponential Distribution's Performance and its Application
Abstract
When analyzing and predicting real-world events, it is essential to consider the effectiveness of statistical distributions. Numerous researchers have employed various statistical distributions to examine real-world data. This study primarily focused on modeling a real-life data, using the recently introduced Gamma-Exponential distribution. The performance and suitability of the Gamma-Exponential distribution were assessed in comparison to other commonly used statistical distributions. The results indicated that the Gamma-Exponential distribution provided a more accurate fit and demonstrated greater adequacy than the existing distributions.
