Challenges and Solutions to the Integration of Artificial Intelligence, Christian Leadership and Administration

Stephen Olusegun Abioye

Abstract

Change is the only thing believed to be constant in this world, as everything takes a new form at one time or another. Artificial intelligence (AI) is the “new normal” that has rapidly changed our world. This article explores the emergence of Artificial Intelligence and its roles in Modern Society, the concept of Christian leadership and Church administration, the nexus between Artificial Intelligence and Christian leadership with Church Administration, and the challenges of integrating AI into Christian leadership and administration within a local Church assembly. It also proposes solutions for integrating Artificial Intelligence and Christian leadership with Church administration. This study reveals that although AI could be integrated into the administrative aspect of the Church to enhance the leadership’s effectiveness and efficiency in Church management, it should never replace human interaction and fellowship, which are germane in Church ministries.
