Abstract
Information disorder has cut across the thin and thick of life through social media outlets. Particularly, the 2023 Nigeria election has been marred with disinformation. This has led to erosion of public trust in electoral institutions and processes. Therefore, combating information disorder in Nigeria's electoral landscape necessitates a comprehensive strategy.
