The paper explores the pivotal role of technological innovations in fostering adaptive policy implementation in Nigeria, particularly amidst disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and socio- economic crises. It identifies and analyses the digital platforms, data analytics, and remote monitoring systems that can potentially revolutionise the policy implementation landscape in sectors such as healthcare, education, and environmental management.
