Entrepreneurial Wealth Creation Theory
CHUKWUKA, Ernest Jebolise
Abstract
The objective of this empirical paper is to postulate a new Entrepreneurial wealth creation theory after subjecting it to validity empirical testing in confirmation of its efficacy and the viability of the theory for entrepreneurs and modern businesses. This paper also intends to create a conceptual and theoretical framework for entrepreneurial wealth creation theory. In a nation devoid of entrepreneurial spirit, poverty looms. The nation's citizens must be encouraged to have an entrepreneurial mindset. People's ideas that are monetized through the creation of goods and the provision of services give rise to new organizations. The study adopted a descriptive survey in testing the theoretical assumptions with a population of 150 entrepreneurs in Delta state, Nigeria. The result showed the twelve assumptions in the one sample t-test table yield a good result. The table t-value is 1.812; however, the computed t-value is 9.110. This indicates that the calculated t-value (9.110>1.812) is higher than the table t-value. As a result, we reject null hypothesis Ho and support alternative hypothesis H1, which asserts that the entrepreneurial wealth creation theory is a workable theory for sustained wealth development and that all of its underlying assumptions have been validated. The new entrepreneurial wealth creation theory was proven to be a workable theory for long-term wealth creation and development after a rigorous testing and empirical process, with all of its basic assumptions confirmed. As a tried-and-true, practical theory for long-term, sustainable wealth growth in both wealthy and poor countries, the entrepreneurial wealth creation hypothesis is supported by the aforementioned empirical conclusion. The study concluded that all the twelve assumptions of Entrepreneurial Wealth creation theory for creating sustainable wealth through entrepreneurship are sound and applicable to real-world of business by entrepreneurs which gu
