Microdroplets have emerged as a versatile platform for chemical and biological reactions, with applications in fields such as drug delivery, synthesis and cosmetic applications. However, the dynamics of suction and surfactants in microdroplets remain poorly understood, hindering the optimization of the systems. This study presents a mathematical analysis of suction and surfactant dynamics in microdroplets, with a focus on the role of surfactants as determinants of the rate of reaction. The model captures the interplay between surfactant transport, interfacial tension, and fluid flow, revealing the complex mechanisms governing microdroplet behavior. As the suction parameter (? 0) increases the velocity also increases but the velocity reduces as the surface tension increases. The presence of surfactant at interface reduces the surface force. The results of this study have important applications for the design and optimization of microdroplet-based systems.
