The instrument used for data collection was developed on the bases of the objective of this study and was made up of 32-content items using 5-points likert scale model. The test-retest method of reliability of the instrument was used and the data obtained were analyzed using Pearson product moment correlation that yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.85. Subsequently, a total number of 377 copies of questionnaire representing a response rate of 98% were returned and used for the analysis. Frequencies, mean scores, standard deviation, average mean scores, percentages and ranks were employed to present the data obtained from the respondents and analyze research question 1, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC) was used to analyzed research questions 2, 3, 4 and 5 in order to establish the relationship between the variables while Simple Linear regression analysis was employed to test the four research hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance.
