Abstract


This study was conducted to examine the relationship between career management practices and organizational citizenship behaviour amongst senior non-teaching staff in University of Uyo. Survey research design was adopted for the study. Population for the study was one thousand, one hundred and fifteen (1,115) senior non-teaching staff in the employ of university of Uyo. Taro
